The proposed project will renovate the 1979 built Tuckahoe Community Center into a revitalized space with new multi-purpose rooms that will be suited for a variety of community-based activities. Additionally, this initiative would increase the functionality of the space through upgrades to the gymnasium, kitchen, and activity rooms, and allow the potential to be converted into an emergency shelter if needed.
